Thanks go to ..........

Kim Hart
For presenting all the trophies, even though she was nearly missed the first presentation of the first match. There's nothing like arriving in plenty of time!

Peter Webb
Our thanks go to Peter Webb, Manager of Earls Colne Recreation Club, for the use of the club for the Finals nights. We take over the whole of the badminton hall for 3 nights during April to hold the tournament finals.

Therese and Melvin Hutton
Many thanks go to Therese and Melvin for their hard work in organising and running the tournaments and presenting the Finals nights.

Louise Murphy and Eleanor Swan
Thanks to Louise and Eleanor for running around during the evening with the raffle tickets.

Dick Williams
Thanks to Dick for sitting at the entrance door and collaring everyone for massive amounts of money for the evenings programme. Even I had to pay up yet again!!,

Umpires and Lines Persons

Many thanks to all those who acted as either Umpires or Lines Persons on all the matches that took place tonight.

Paul Butcher
For writing this website and keeping it as updated as humanly possible!

And finally.......
Many thanks to all you badminton club members out there for your continued support of the Braintree District Badminton League. Without you, none of this would be possible.

Tonight, our trophies are being presented by Kim Hart, from Coggeshall Badminton Club.
Kim has graced our league for many years and her agility and sharpness at the net are a force to be reckoned with. Unlike the rest of us she shows no signs of slowing down.
