The Mixed 6 Combination Handicap Knockout is a team competition with each team playing a combination of ladies, mens and mixed doubles. The teams decide before the match starts who is going to play, for instance, two mens and a mixed, two ladies and a mixed or two mixed and a nems or ladies. All clubs in the league take part and are automatically entered into the draw.The matches are played with each pair playing 2 games to 21 points . The winner being decided on a 'total points won' count up at the end of the match and then subtracting or adding the handicap.The handicap committee meet to decide on a points handicap to apply to the match. The size of the handicap can change depending on the players taking part.
